Create your workspace
Your workspace is the home for every project, person and report. Give it the name of your company or team, and Enesy generates its address for you. You can rename it at any time.
Use your team or organisation name rather than your own.
You are the Owner by default, with full control of members and billing.
Choose a plan when asked. You can start free and upgrade later from Settings.

Create your first project from a guided template
Pick the project type closest to your work and give it a name. Enesy pre-loads starter tasks and dated milestones, so you begin with a plan to edit rather than a blank page. Dates fill in for you, and you can change them.
Not sure which to choose? Software delivery and governance-heavy are the most general.
You can rename, delete or add to any task and milestone afterwards.
In a hurry? Use “Skip for now” and create a project from the dashboard later.

Invite your team
Open Settings, then Workspace, and use Invite Members. Enter an email address, choose a role and, if you like, tick the projects they should see. They get an email with a link that works for seven days.
Member can view and edit the projects they are added to. Admin can manage members and all projects.
Assigning projects when you invite saves a step later.
If an email doesn’t arrive, copy the invite link from the pending list and send it yourself.
